Peace in the Middle East—The Real Solution

A nation’s peace and its prosperity fit together like hand and glove. They are inseparable brothers.

Peace is crucial to the financial stability of any nation because peace makes prosperity possible. America is a shining example of the positive results of peace followed by prosperity. For over 400 years, beginning in 1607 with the early Jamestown settlers, God has shed His grace on the new experiment that was rooted in liberty and justice for all. God has blessed America as a nation with peace and prosperity.
Since 1948, when the reborn Jewish State was recognized, the Middle East has been a troubled spot on the map. Should Israel be blamed for this problem? No!

In all of history, there never was an Arab Palestine. The entire state of Jordan is Jewish Land as are parts of Syria, Egypt and Lebanon.

Look at a map. The entire modern State of Israel is a tiny spec on the map of the Middle East. It has no oil or gold. Why is it that the Arabs need Israel to give them land? If they were serious about helping the so-called Palestinian People, they could build ten Palestines in Saudi Arabia alone. The only reason the concept of a Palestinian People was concocted was for the purpose of replacing Jewish Israel with an Arab Palestine. Their objective is not, has never been, and never will be to achieve peace with a Jewish State of any size. The only objective they have is to completely destroy the Jewish State.

The History and Meaning of “Palestine” and “Palestinians”

Golda Meir, one of the founders of the Modern State of Israel and fourth Prime Minster, stated, “There is no such thing as a Palestinian Arab nation . . . Palestine is a name the Romans gave to Eretz Yisrael with the express purpose of infuriating the Jews. The British chose to call the land they mandated Palestine, and the Arabs picked it up as their nation’s supposed ancient name.”
Joseph Farah, an Arab-American journalist, stated, “Palestine has never existed . . . as an autonomous entity. There is no language known as Palestinian. There is no distinct Palestinian culture. There has never been a land known as Palestine governed by Palestinians. Palestinians are Arabs, indistinguishable from Jordanians (another recent invention), Syrians, Lebanese, Iraqis, etc.
Keep in mind that the Arabs control 99.9 percent of the Middle East lands. Israel represents one-tenth of one percent of the landmass. But that’s too much for the Arabs. They want it all. And that is ultimately what the fighting in Israel is about today . . . No matter how many land concessions the Israelis make, it will never be enough.”

The land that Israel was been forced to acquire in order to survive in the 1967 war they are now being asked to “relinquish”. . . allegedly for peace. It was Ariel Sharon who relinquished all of Gaza for peace. How much peace did Israel get in return? Sooner or later, Israel will have no choice but to take Gaza back if only to protect citizens from the rockets being launched from there.

President George W. Bush and Prime Minister Olmert are seeking to make peace by conceding the Arabs an enemy state on Jewish soil. This effort is beyond outrageous and will never result in peace.

What can result in peace in the Middle East? The direction of the present U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East will most assuredly not result in peace. What is needed is a common sense approach to the reality of the situation. Unless American foreign policy makers change their “appeasement” kind of advice, Israel will continue to be placed in more jeopardy in terms of its national security. The real solution to the problem: America must redirect its U.S. foreign policy to immediately abandon the idea of a two-state solution that envisions two separate states to solve the Israel-Palestine conflict—one Jewish and the other Arab. This is not the solution for peace in the Middle East. The “Roadmap To Peace” is going in the wrong direction; in fact, it’s in the Gaza ditch. This doctrine has led only to more violence and bloodshed. We must recognize that the religious/political ideologies of Judaism and Islam are not compatible.
American foreign policy must lend full support for Israel to have the right to defend her neighbor Lebanon against arms smugglers, Iranian and Syrian terrorist invaders trading as Hezbollah (God’s Party) in Lebanon, and to covertly remove Iran’s nuclear threat of WMDs, and aggressively and decisively put an end to the military entanglements of both Iran and Syria in the war in Iraq.
Pathological hatred of Jews by non-Jews and pathological hatred of non-Jews by Jews is not acceptable and does not lead to civility.

Accompanying America’s support of Israel is the basic expectation that the Israeli government will allow freedom of religion for all Christians living and touring in the land of Israel.
Pray to Yahweh Elohim that the Jewish people might have the eyes of their understanding opened and realize that all who believe in Messiah are made right with God. Messiah is the Prince of Peace, and with peace God will bless with prosperity.
