Americans are looking and longing for real change that will make a significangt difference in the lives of citizens and in our nation’s future. Newt Gingrich says: real change requires real change. Most career politicians in Washington, while they talk about change, are really wasting valuable time and spending taxpayers’ money rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. As a result, Washington is broken and does not work effectively or efficiently any more. The “ship of state†has an iceberg size hole in its left side that must be repaired first before we sink and are sweep away at sea.

THE TOP TEN CAMPAIGN ISSUES OF CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE PHIL PANTANA
1. Enact the Flat Tax at the point of sale on all goods and services. Repeal 16th amendment; abolish the IRS. Repeal the Death Tax and the Marriage tax penalty.
2. Reduce the size of the Federal Government by 1/3 across the board: (1) cut the Federal Budget by 1/3; (2) reduce the number of employees in the Federal Government by 1/3; require that the Federal Budget be balanced before it is approved; no loopholes for special interest groups; require the Federal Government to get completely out of debt as soon as is reasonably possible.
3. Pass a Life at Conception Act [H.R. 618] following the Supreme Court’s instructions to define when life begins and end abortion by using the Constitution instead of amending it.
4. Secure and protect America’s borders from illegal entry. Give all illegal aliens a 30 day notice to self-deport themselves. All illegal aliens who do not cooperate shall be deported with no opportunity for reentry as a temporary worker or citizen. Grant no amnesty to illegal aliens; require valid tamperproof photo ID cards for all temporary workers in the US; secure our borders along Mexico and Canada; build fences to secure our border along Mexico; limit the total number of legal immigrants to 500 per day [500 X 365 = 182,500 immigrants per year]; deport all illegal aliens if they do not voluntarily deport themselves; confiscate all money wire transfers to foreign countries made by illegal aliens; illegal aliens and all non-citizens shall have no rights in the US: to work, to medical benefits, to education, or to protest; no immigrant shall be granted entrance into the United States from a terrorist nation or any nation that sponsors or supports terrorism. Make English the official language of the United States; all communication and commerce shall be conducted in the English language; no second language in official printed materials for government, education, or business.
5. Support tax-free Health Care Savings Accounts to be negotiated between the worker and the workplace. No Federal or State Government involvement or interference in the Health Care Industry.
6. Abolish the current Social Security System; create a new Personal Savings Account (PSA) system; use the same 9-digit numbers for each cardholder; transfer real dollars into each PSA account equal to the amount of money they have paid into the old SS system during their lifetime; interest will begin to accrue when the funds are deposited into the new PSA accounts; withdrawals may begin at age 55.
7. Reapportion the circuits of the federal court system geographically; increase the number of circuits to 16; divide the Ninth Circuit geographic boundary of the United States Court of Appeals and District Courts Federal Courts into four separate districts adding three new districts [14, 15, and 16] in the West and NW; mandate all activist rogue Judges, on every level, who legislate from the bench or rule based on foreign law, shall be impeached, disbarred, and removed from office; submit amendment to Constitution art.7 fixing the number of Supreme Court justices at 10 [presently 9]; control activists in our Federal Courts: (1) remove the jurisdiction of federal courts to hear/not hear cases that involve public officials who acknowledge God as the sovereign source of law, liberty, or government; (2) provide for the impeachment of federal judges who disregard the act and who legislate from the bench; (3) Congress and the Supreme Court shall not use foreign law or case law precedent as a basis for legislation or for court rulings in America.
8. Close the Federal Department of Education; the education of our children is our first line of defense; thus, education shall become the full responsibility of parents, local school boards, local school districts, and the several states; prohibit Teacher’s Unions from interfering in the education system in America
9. Replace the current Environmental Protection Agency with a new agency—Environmental Production Agency (EPA); “protection†is negative; “production†is positive. The current EPA is drunk with overregulation and the abuse of power; their extreme ozone regulations threaten our economy and will increase taxes; the new EPA will set sane and sensible environmental standards and new business friendly guidelines; expedite drilling for oil on U.S. soil; build 12 oil refineries in the US; build 12 nuclear power plants in the US; build energy efficient automobiles (e.g., an all electric car); attest that America will not sign on to the Kyoto Protocol because “global warming†is a hoax; repeal the 1990 Clean Air Act. The 1990 Clean Air Act is a federal law covering the entire country. Enforcing the Clean Air Act is about control, not clear air.
10. Disband the United Nations Organization (UNO) and withdraw the United States from this corrupt and inept organization; establish a new multi-lateral international world body organization for the purpose of promoting freedom and peace around the world; the new organization shall be called Goodwill Nations Organization (GNO); headquartered in NYC; English shall be the official language; appoint John R. Bolton as the first Secretary-General of the GNO.
