What a Phil Pantana presidency will be like:
REAL CHANGE MEANS REAL CHANGE THAT WILL RESULT IN REAL SOLUTIONS TO REAL PROBLEMS WE ARE FACING IN AMERICA:
• Enact the Fair Tax Act (H.R. 25/S. 1025) to reduce taxes
• Replace the IRS tax code
• Repeal the 16th Amendment
• Require a balanced Federal Budget
• Stop Washington from spending US into bankruptcy
• Reduce the size of the Federal Government by 1/3 across the board
• Reduce spending of the Federal by 1/3 across the board
• Transform government by changing the mindset of big government in Washington; insist on congressional reform so government can operate with effectiveness and efficiency
• Drill for oil in Alaska; develop alternative energy sources including solar, wind, water, electric, and nuclear
• Build 12 new oil refineries in the United States
• Stop energy dependency on foreign oil
• Stop the use of corn in the production of ethanol as an alternative energy source because it is driving up consumer costs across the board
• Stop financial dependency on China
• Get serious about border security and end illegal immigration
• End so-called “birthright†citizenship for illegal aliens
• Establish English as the official language for all public use and commerce in the United States of America
• Protect our privacy and oppose the national ID card idea
• Protect our constitutional rights and modify the “Patriot†Act
• Fair and balance trade deals only with non-terrorist nations and groups
• Withdraw the United States from the UN, GATT, NAFTA, NAU, WTO, CAFTA, ICC
• Establish a new multi-lateral international world freedom organization to replace the current corrupt “United Nations Organization†[UNO]. The new organization will be named the “Goodwill Nations Organization†[GNO].
• Oppose the Law of the Sea Treaty [LOST] that puts American sovereignty on the line
• Oppose Global Warming legislation
• Fight and win the war against radical Islamo-fascism
• Defend America and her allies from those who want to destroy Western Civilization; develop the intelligence, diplomatic, information, defense, and homeland security systems and resources to defeat our foreign and domestic enemies
• Preserve America’s unique Judeo-Christian civilization; renew our commitment to American values, language and history as a prerequisite for American citizenship
• Abandon the two-state road map in the Middle East
• Support Israel to defend her own borders and people
• End the Federal Department of Education; return the responsibility of educaiton to the serveral states and counties, local school borads and parents
• Remove or impeach activist judges who violate the constitution by legislating from the bench
• Appoint only conservative constitutional judges
• Reapportion the circuits of the federal court system
• Establish guidelines restricting the use of foreign law and/or case law as the basis for legislation in Congress and for rulings by the Supreme Court
• Restrict the type of cases heard by the Supreme Court
• Oppose regulating the internet
• Oppose the Fairness Doctrine legislation
• Enact a Life at Conception Act [H.R. 618]
• Oppose the culture war on faith by removing the false wall erected by secularists attempting to separate church from state; affirm God in public life
• Support tax-free personal health care savings accounts for workers
• Promote nutritional health over drug prescription
• Replace the current Social Security System with personal savings accounts for workers; support a tax code that favors savings, entrepreneurship and investment
• Promote peace and prosperity in America by protecting life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness or property
